Refund Policy

At RawRen, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at rawrenraw@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items Because all products are made to order, we do not accept physical returns. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
